I've seen a few articles talking about how strong England is with the current group of 16 to 20 year olds. Perhaps the strongest group in the world. Let's see if their development slows when they sit on the bench of their Premier League teams.

A lot are going abroad now. Helped by the fact that the fa changed the rules so that agents don't receive a fee for the transfers of u18's (to try and keep them at smaller clubs that might play them).

We'll have to wait and see but if they do fulfill their potential it would be great.

ENGLAND 5 - 2 SPAIN
Brewster, Gibbs-White, Foden (2), Guehi Gomez (2)
Telegraph.co.uk
ENGLAND HAVE WON THE WORLD CUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
89 mins Sub: Gomes for Oakley-Boothe
87 mins GOAL: England 5-2 Spain
Let the party begin!!!! Foden has a second and this game is done and dusted. The ball over the top from Hudson-Odoi is phenomenal, Foden's touch is perfect and he then drills it low past Fernandez. Wow.
86 mins Sub: Gallagher for McEachran
85 mins Sub:
84 mins GOAL: England 4-2 Spain
Is that the goal that gives England the World Cup? It all comes from the free-kick conceded by Jaume. The set piece is delivered in by Hudson-Odoi, Latibeaudiere wins the header at the far post and his fellow defender Guehi swivels to tap home from a couple of yards out.
82 mins Yellow Card: Jaume
80 mins Sub: Kirby for Gibbs-White
71 mins Sub:
69 mins GOAL: England 3-2 Spain
England take the lead!!! From 2-0 down they lead 3-2. Hudson-Odoi is the provider down the left after leaving the Spanish full-back for dead with his pace. He puts the ball on a plate for Foden, whipping it perfectly across the face of the goal where the Man City midfielder cannot miss at the far post.
62 mins Yellow Card: Miranda

58 mins GOAL: England 2-2 Spain
Gibbs-White is the man who puts the ball in the net, but my word: Phil Foden is a seriously good footballer. He wrong-foots the entire Spanish backline with a sumptuous defence splitting throughball to put Sessegnon clear on the right side of the penalty area. The full-back looks up, squares across goal and Gibbs-White is on hand to tap home. Game on.
44 mins GOAL: England 1-2 Spain

Brewster! Of course it is. What a cross from Sessegnon. The right-back is tight up against the byline, but produces a beauty of a cross straight onto Brewster's head and the goal machine nods it home.
31 mins GOAL: England 0-2 Spain
It's against the run of play, but Spain have a second. Gelabert does well to work some space on the right side of the penalty area and speculatively dinks the ball infield in the hope of a team-mate in support. It falls to Gomez who controls it smartly and leathers in a thunderous strike with his left foot. No chance whatsoever for Anderson.
3 mins GOAL: England 0-1 Spain
The deadlock is broken in scrappy - and controversial - fashion. Miranda crosses from the left, Gelabert manages to squeeze himself between two England defenders and chests down in the direction of Gomez. The Spanish No 10 looks as though he is in a clear offside position stood bang in front of goalkeeper Anderson, but the flag remains down and he turns it in.
