ManU didn't beat us, KW did. Sorry if that sounds anti-KW but I was/am so pee'd off about that goal. But my point is that we were good enough for a draw.
It was a bad goal, KW is too advanced and can't get back and Bentaleb shouldn't give the ball away. If either of those don't happen we don't concede. Players are human and mistakes will happen. Our players are young and hopefully will learn. Anyone remember last year's performance at OT? If we keep improving at that rate game on game we'll be champions! If y
If you're peed off about the goal then you should be blaming bentaleb. Walker had a decent game and did well to get back there had he not Rooney would have tucked it away anyway.
Pleased with the performance? I don't think so. The first 20 mins? The yes, but the remaining 20 mins, I don't think so, that was a poor performance. He's right.
Other have said it, but it's worth repeating: we need an older, more experienced player out there, a 'been there and done it' player. He will pick the players up when their callow confidence dips and will drive through Jol's 'strong mentality'. Their age may not afford them the high-press stamina Poch requires, but that's where shades of grey have to come into things like 'philosophy' and where schematic approaches/dogmas need to bend.
This is so true it hurts
We created very little and Kane was isolated for much of the game, and for me i am more worried about the three players behind Kane than the two in front of the back four.
Therein lies our problem. No pace or creativity.
