This is correct, on Dec 13th his status was "19 days to go". Take that how you wish. I think it was around the time of the whole apparent bust up with redknapp in the training match, which he also refers to on Dec 11th - "Jesus, whats with the papers this morning!! hahaha. mountain outta molehill i think!"

He could be writing anything on facebook to either mess with the obsessed fans or because he's talking about things only his friends understand like parties etc. I think he is the kind of player that won't mind making his huge wages on the bench as he knows now he's not going to South Africa so he can sit tight and wait

Well obviously its open to all sorts of interpretations, don't really think he is clever enough to think about messing with fans though. he's also written on jan 5th "decisions decisions", but again highly ambiguous.
