Same source as before when i posted about the training schedule. Friend was speaking to a couple of the players, i suppose I'm not allowed to mention names but if you read my previous post from a few weeks you will know who one of them is. Anyway here's what they had to say:
- 4-2-3-1 formation... Players are still a little uncertain with Tactics and AVB hasn't won all of them over yet. Very different to Harry that's for sure.
- Defoe wants to move on as he thinks when we sign Ade (which we will) he is straight back on the bench, however he isn't allowed to due to our situation with strikers.
- Modric literally got shafted to the side, never once trained with first team, players aren't happy that club waited this long to sell him but then again so are all of us fans and yes he has gone to Real Madrid for under what we were asking for.
- We are signing Moutinho to replace him, apparently it is close to happening but then again so are all the other signings that haven't happened, but i would say that he is the guy that will come in. Can't tell you anything on any of the other players that we have been linked with I'm afraid as the topics weren't brought up.
