With a more Berbatov-like player in Gudjohnsen on board, and Crouch and Defoe in such awful form, I wouldn't be suprised if Keane-Gudjohnsen is our first choice pairing come the summer break.

I am interested in who Spurs might buy/sell of course but when you read about where Pav is going, Keane is off to Sunderland and then the next thing is "hang on they are both staying" the whole idea of "ITK" descends in to farce.
As the bloke above says, the summer is a long way off. Why an earth would Spurs and Villa agreed a transfer for then now?
Perhaps we are swapping Crouch, Defoe and Keane for Agbondliah, Heskey and Carew- yes, my pet hamster just gave me an exclusive on that!

I would take the comment as we want Pav to go but noone has put in an offer that we are willing to listen to.

Untill someone does then he is staying. But we are looking to sell.

As with most ITK when the window is coming to an end it goes crazy. Things have been pretty quiet and the ITKs are trying their best to get some info and "might" even be passing on what they "think" they've heard.

The way I see is, if I needed a pinch of the good stuff at the start of the window then I might as well get some in from the wholesalers and pick up a shovel on the way back!!

Just my way of dealing with the confusion :wink:
