Loving Arizona State's alternate uniforms

https://www.sbnation.com/college-football/2017/10/23/16526866/arizona-state-pat-tillman-uniforms

Additional design details include the phrase “Give ‘em Hell,” a line from the ASU fight song which Pat famously uttered to his teammates prior to beating defending National Champion Nebraska 19-0 in 1996. The phrase is tonally knitted into the side of the jerseys using Primeknit technology and also located inside of neck liner for players to see as they don their jerseys and get ready to take the field. The nod to the military continues onto the TEHCFIT baselayer. Utilizing an overspray design found on military vehicles, equipment, etc., the PT-42 logo is prominently placed on the chest and left sleeve, while the U.S. flag is featured on the right sleeve.

Further paying homage to Tillman and the U.S. Military, a tan camouflage helmet is highlighted with the word “Brotherhood” on the back of the helmet. Underneath are the names of any ASU player or coach, past or present, who has served or is serving in the U.S. Military. Additionally, the PT-42 badge is highlighted directly above the Arizona State moniker at the crest of the jersey collar. To complete the theme, an overspray graphic of the PT-42 logo is featured on the inside of the adizero 5-Star cleats and adizero 5-Star gloves.

How the fuck is this sort of shit allowed at a D1 school? What in the entire fuck? No medical facilities inside an FBS stadium(seriously?), taken to a student health center at the university by van sitting up(wtf? ffs!), incompetent EMS sitting in traffic to go to hospital afterward(which is where he should have gone in the first place). What a crock of shit.

Yeah i got duped by the internet again. He was officially hired by UCLA. Really good hire for them.
Be interested to see what happened with the Florida negotiation. I would be in no way surprised if Florida did something monumentally stupid like offering him a boat load of cash but wanting to determine who his coordinators are for him.

On the other hand with UCLA he gets to live in LA, only has to recruit against SC and Oregon and if he wins 10 games a year he will be hailed a conquering hero.

At Florida he would have to recruit against a resurgent Miami, Florida State and the rest of the country, anything less than a national title would be seen as a failure and he would get to do it in the jorts capital of the US.

I would probably choose UCLA as well.

ESPN reporting Dan Mullen is off to Florida and Greg Schiano is taking over at Tennessee.

Mullen could be a good hire if Florida gives him time to implement his system but Schiano will be a disaster. The guy tried to have his defense injure Peyton Manning. I'd imagine to plenty of Vols fans that alone is enough to make Schiano not welcome in Tennessee.

Mullen will be fine at UF. He’s an offensive guy. They’ve been desperate for an offense

Schiano will be an unmitigated disaster at Tennessee. Alot of people infuriated(and rightfully so) that he helped cover up Sandusky’s dispicable crimes

As a TN alum and fan, I will no longer donate money and I will cancel my season tickets. This is not the answer. What is Les Miles up to these days? Hell, Kiffin coming back looks pretty good right now. lol

Mullen is a good fit at Florida. I think him being Meyer's former OC could be dangerous for him though. Exactly the type of thing that leads the fans of UF to expect nothing but perfection and get upset when they have a couple losses.

Have a feeling that Schiano will be the newest in the line of tire fires at UT.

Apparently, Jimbo's off to A&M. I don't know who to feel sorry for - Jimbo for taking a massive leap backwards or A&M for the inevitable moment we fire Coach O and take Jimbo from them.

I don't think UT has fully thought through hiring Schiano and the negative PR it will rain down upon them.

Les Miles is the new Jon Gruden. Everyone seems to talk about hiring him but don't.

iirc Mullen wasn't just Meyer's former OC but also the QB coach who developed Tebow? As you say those links might bump up the expectations to unrealistic levels, which given that other schools in Florida have got their shit together could be dangerous for him.

Tennessee’s campus sounds fun right now. Already turning into an unmitigated dumpster fire and it isnt even official. Have to believe the noise will eventually put this to an end.

Please let this be true. My university has embarrassed me beyond belief and hopefully this kind of idiocy that would lead to some real change.

Schiano has 1000% paid off the national sports media. Either that or his scum bag buddy urban has. Holy hell. Ive never seen a bunch of moral high horse fuck faces defend anyone as much as their defending Schiano, a man who failed to report child rape that ge knew was happening and a man who leaked personal info on his own players.
