Can't have been as bad as my team's start - FSU. Fuck me, could anything else have gone wrong !?!?! Utter disaster. Now a twig true freshman QB for the rest of the season...

Losing Francois is a big loss but if your defence carries on like they did against Bama you should be fine.

That being said I now might have to put a bet on Miami to win the ACC.

When I'm in Vegas, I love putting cheeky bets on huge underdogs. I get a thrill out of it. Today would have been one of those days with this OU/ISU game.

watching that now. Im a Texas alumnus so the Big 12 games interest me. Still think OU pulls it out but Iowa State has to beat the spread, right?

It's hard to put into words how happy I am about beating Florida so I'll leave it at this -

SEC so over-rated other than Alabama. Florida #21 with wins over Kentucky, Tennessee and Vandy? Congrats, tho.

I'd maybe include Georgia on the list of good teams, at the very least they'll be the only conference team to challenge Bama but you're right about the decline in the SEC. The East has been crap for years - Tennessee always seems to recruit tons of talent but struggles to develop them while Florida hasn't recovered since Meyer left and now the West is slipping. I'd also say the SEC's incestuous coaching carousel and everyone's desire to out-Bama Alabama hasn't helped.

Sparty beats Michigan. I used to like Harbaugh - a lot. Now I root against him every week.

Also, i felt a little better switching back and forth from that shower of shit ineptitude to the WSU/Oregon game. WSU is an absolute pleasure to watch. Love that offense. When the air raid clicks, the only offense that rivals it is when the read option clicks. Effective, entertaining. Just quality football. Glad these spread variations are finally making their way over to the NFL playbooks.

I've kept my eye on Luke Falk the last few years and this guy is really, really good. Not just a system guy like Leach's other air raid QB's. Falk is very impressive.

Speaking of read options, I think my guy Rich Rodriguez might have finally found his QB at Arizona after all this time. Khalil Tate. Just....wow. What a performance coming on for Dawkins in the first. New FBS rushing record. Was 11/12 through the air.

I've always liked RR. Great offensive mind and seems like a good guy. He got the short end of the stick here. No support at all and in fact had people inside the AD actively working against him. Including the coach that retired who he replaced. All because Michigan couldnt(and still cant) get their thick, thick heads around the fact that football has evolved. The treatment he got still infuriates the shit out of me.
