Better late than never!

For those of you that are still interested in tennis and aren't just late June/early July fans, have you been keeping up? Shame about Robson today, but you can't say it wasn't expected.

Murray playing his second round match after Berdych finishes up.

Was far too big an ask for Robson at this stage.

Murray looking a bit shaky at the moment and letting it get to him

Not really. She beat Li Na last year and today she was nowhere near her best, as well as having a wrist injury. A fully fit, on form Robson beats Li Na for me.

Wouldn't pay too much attention to what I wrote-look at my Murray comment as well and he won the next set 6-1.

Murray in massive trouble, a break and a set down and being totally outplayed

Lost 10 points on the bounce

Murray was made to look like an amateur today. Well played Stan.

Andy really needs to sort that second serve out, its been a liability for years. Defo the worst second serve in the top 10, maybe even the top 50.

The defeat was Murray's worst at a grand slam since being beaten by the same player in the third round at Flushing Meadows three years ago.

Winky definitely went out and won that. 45 winners to Murray's 15, and dominated his first serve.

Wawrinka has been in great form leading up to this and Murray hasn't looked his usual self in the us open. Will be interesting to see how wawrinka does against djokovic and with nadal looking back to form should still make for a good end to the tournament

If Djok gets through the Djok Nadal match has the potential to be an all time classic!

I like Novak, great player. I sometime suspect he likes the drama of a 5 setter.
