Brap brap, great news

Actually the confidence in this squad is at an all time high, I've seen some posts suggesting that Poch has lost the dressing room which is quite frankly absurd.

Just the perfect tonic this week that two of our best players have signed new deal, it will give the club a huge boost going into the Xmas period.

Still only 2 1/2 years on Jan's contract, so more likely a rise than an extension.
Just need to tie Hugo down...

And Toby and Lamela.
I'm surprised Lamela hasn't already been sorted. He probably doesn't have many more years left on his

Toby was only signed last year - I suppose it depends on how long he signed up for in the first place and how happy he is with the wage he agreed, but potentially no need from either side currently to think about new contracts

Seems quite a short contract compared to Kane's.
he's 29 while Kane is only 23

He will be in his 30s when this runs out and may not still be operating at the same level. Or may have plans to return home, or simply to experience another league in his last few years while we may not want to commit to paying him top dollar beyond the next few years if he can no longer perform to the same level

But but but it's obvious he has lost the dressing room, etc. etc. bollocks.

Great news and as other have said, fingers and toes crossed Hugo will sign a new contract soon.

Didn't even realise he was 29 tbh, fair enough then. Need to start winning some trophies.

I think Lamela's contract had an extension so it runs out in 2019.
