Let's see if he signs the new contract that he would like. Before people start negging, understand comments first. I don't believe he will sign a new 5 year contract, not how things stand at present. Daniel won't sanction it. 2.5 years left, or there abouts. All just opinions. If he does sign I would think it would be incentive based, more than a salary on par with say HK. I would not be surprised neither if we listened to offers for him. Before anyone negs let's wait and see.

Well he's 29 now, so when this one runs out he will be at that point where footballers in general have less playing days in front of them than behind them.

I feared he'd go back to his old sulky ways when Toby got injured, but he's really stepped it up a notch and has been one of our most consistent performers. Fair play!
