Because he gets the hump and goes missing in games. AVB tried it and Vertonghen's attitude stank for the entire time

Incredible to think that all three are Internationals, and one a Captain at that, yet play like Conference defenders week in week out.

Its strange because the Zenit left back (Lombaerts is it?) played centre back last night.
