I wonder why they picked this game?
It has got 0-0 written all over it.
Is it so they can switch to the other games as things develop without any risk of missing any action in the featured match?

Or has Levy promised them one of his classy half time sackings?
Sherwood is unlikely to go quietly - so it could be fun.

Because pretty much everything else is locked down already, the last Europa place is about all there is suspense wise on Sunday. Which is a shame, I do enjoy the drama of the last day

I suppose other than Man City and Liverpool we're the only other team for something to play for.

Ooh I cant wait to see it. I actually dont want us in Europa so wouldnt be too upset if we dont get 6th.
Before the 'theres a CL spot for the winner' replies start, we have no hope of winning it and no hope imo of getting 4th if we are in it.
Just my opinion :cautious:

I think sky are expecting Tim to go bat shit, slap a few players about, trip up the Lino with a discarded gillet, Chinese burn the fourth official, get sent to the stand by the ref then unleash a Kung fu cantona on DL....

Picture the scene on Sunday.....

Sat in his usual front row seat the General Levy. Sat next to him Mr Tim Gilet, unable to infuence the game from the touchline.

As Villa's fourth breakaway goal goes in (via the left back area), Danny Boy stands up and clothes-lines Timmy over the front of the West Upper 'Royal Rumble' style to the delight of the crowd, marking the end of his tenure.

As if things couldn't get any better, Danny turns to the rubbery-faced man sat behind him and rips his mask off to reveal our new manager Mr Franciscus de Boer. The crowd go wild.

This inspires the players and they fight their way back into the game and 'win' a place in next seasons Europa League.

Roll on next season....
