It's been a long road back for Victor Wanyama but the Tottenham midfielder feels like he's finally getting back to where he wants to be.

The Kenyan was a revelation for Spurs in his first year after signing from Southampton in 2016, however knee injuries have disrupted his progress since.

There are very few players in his position I'd rather have than a fit Victor Wanyama. Would be like a huge new signing if he could stay fit.

He's done well considering we all thought he was Crocked. Too coincidental that he's just come back while the other 3 have injury problems so I'm wondering if he still had an issue with the injury and we just took a big chance playing him

I really hope he can get back to where he was a few season back but the fact that no-one ever clarifies what the problem is suggests to me that theres a problem that they dont want potential buyers to know about!

He's been good but can see his movement is inhibited. Moves a bit like Gazza in the test event, but he's still recovering I guess.

He's putting in a shift for us even though he is obviously not fit.
He's a good lad.
