Sorry to bump this thread but need some match day advice;
I am going the West Brom game with my 2 boys and my Dad. It’ll be first ever footy match for my boys so they are super excited. My Dad has to take it slow walking so I hope section 209 isn’t too bad a climb??
Anyway we are travelling down from the North West, doing it in a day, and was after some advice regarding parking. I was intending to drive to a park and ride and get tube/train to Wembley. Where’s best to do this Watford? Amersham or even closer? Are the park and rides especially busy on a Saturday, we’d probably be arriving between 11 and midday. Is getting away from the match via tube/train easy enough?
Any good advice would be greatly appreciated.
209 is in the Club Wembley area so there are escalators all the way up. Also go in one of the Club Wembley entrances ... I usually use the main one as it is so quick to get in through and for a guest it feels quite VIP like.Pretty sure it’s an escalator up to 209 and not steps so shouldn’t be a problem for your dad
You can hang around a little... also it’s Watford Junction, not Watford Met line. The met line station is in a suburban street and there’s no parking at all, it’s all residents. Plus the train takes an age to get there... Watford Junction is a few stops with a large car park, or there are direct non stop trains but they are less frequent. If you’re confident with a sat nav just go to Harrow on the Hill, park in st anns car park which is opposite the station, and it’s 2 stops, maybe five mins on the tube
Couldn't see this on the ticketing site. Are there any blocks which are designated family areas? I'm indoctrinating my 5 yr old daughter, but Mrs Chinaspur is concerned about the language etc. What are the experiences of folk on here?

In theory, it's blocks 106 and 107. However, this is only because the Premier League dictates clubs must have a designated family section - the club have done nothing to enforce it and it doesn't really seem any better for language than similar areas. You'll probably be better off in the middle or upper tier to be honest, but it's a distinct possibility anywhere in the stadium. And obviously the Yid chanting is ubiquitous because most don't consider it "bad", but your missus might have a different opinion there!
Is the Man Utd home game on Wed evening 31-Jan likely to sell out.
It's my dad's birthday that day so want to get tickets for him and my brother, I am a Lilywhite member so I'll get a ticket no problem on 5-Dec when they go onsale to members, but I can only get one ticket then. The Guest tickets then go on sale 13-Dec.
My question really is, how likely will it be to get 3 tickets together on 13-Dec , the day before the go on public sale. I fully expect these to be up in the Gods.
cheers mate, i'll wait till 13-Dec so I can get all 3 beside each other thenYou'll easily get them when they go on sale to guests, but as you say it'll more than likely be top tier in either the East or West side of the stadium.
I was going to do that for thee Real Madrid game but it never even went to guests and was taken up by members.cheers mate, i'll wait till 13-Dec so I can get all 3 beside each other then
Did that with my boy when he was about five or six, dreadful language, it was so bad everybody around us asked me to shut him up or take him out.I tried that once with my son back at WHL. The language there was some of the worst I've ever heard! I'm afraid there's no getting away from it.
TBH if its not one of the big games you've got next to no chance through the official channels.Currently gping through i hope is just a short term cash flow problem.
How can I sell my season ticket/individual ticket through the offical channel? There wasnt any info on the faqs
Tickets for the Arsenal game have gone on sale today to One Hotspur Bronze members and they go on sale tomorrow to Lilywhite members.
As a lilywhite member, from what time tomorrow can I buy tickets?
