Same thing happened to me but I called the Ticket Office Option 2 to complain. Got straight through and bought tickets the old fashioned way.

What seats did you get?

Im getting a couple tickets for the Wimbledon game. Only been to Wembley a few times and always up in nose bleeds. Seen the Club Wembley seats are £15 each... whats the difference between those and standard?

Club wembley is great for the view. Although I went to the Barnsley game and sat there on the halfway line and the atmosphere was appalling. Really bad. The guys in front of me were sharing pick'n'mix. Down in block 133 behind the goal were a small group of singing fans - at the time I really wished I was sat down there. This game will probs be the same as the Barnsley one.

Imo, if you want a good view, sit in club wembley. If you want a decent atmosphere, sit* below the gangway behind the left-hand goals

*you'll probs have to stand

Also, going in to Club Wembley is like entering a hotel. None of your minimum wage stewards. ‘Good Evening Sir, enjoy the game’. Smiling. Just didn’t feel right. I’m a football fan. I need to be treated like something you have to scrape off your shoe. Didn’t feel comfortable for the rest of the evening.

Much better view except that the upper seats in tier 0ne are as good for a view. Also the seats are more comfortable and you get a cupholder so your Bovril doesn't need to end up on your footwear. Plus you enter by the Club Wembey entrances, the main one is the best and it's quick and easy to get in. Atmosphere can vary but against the top teams it should be decent as it it likely to be season ticket holders and not their mates who they have passed a ticket onto

Newbie question: I have membership, I want to buy ticket for guest so the guest don't have to have membership? Just spurs account, client reference number etc etc.

For me, it was the acoustic set that made me uncomfortable. Nobody wants to hear "I want to dance with somebody" before a game
