Anyone that doesnt think this is a really good move by the club needs their head checking. They've listened to the coaching staff and compensated the fans. They couldnt really do anything more than that.

Was really annoyed at first. After calming down, it's not so bad.

However the club made it clear this is Poch's and his team's decision. So if you back them, you have to back the decision I guess.

A 100% refund for the game is far more than any of us expected. The money can be used against cup games or renewal next season.

Not brilliant, but you have to be support management/team with whatever the believe is best.
I think it's pretty fair all round. Gives the season ticket holders the opportunity to skip Fulham, and use the credit for a CL match, and gives the team the best chance of a good start of the season.

Also you can't discount the players in this - they might have felt strongly about this and petitioned the manager.
Even with all the luxury, away games do play a hard toll on players, especially those with young families.

I do hope the Wembley seats will be heavily discounted. I think quite a few people may do this.

Personally, I am OK with it....I will be on holiday so miss the game

I think as its pochs decision it works, I also think the club have dealt with it well. I just hope they make the wembley tickets less than 1/19th otherwise I smell uproar

Yeah, in my mind I was done with that place after the closing game. Do not want to make that journey again. I'm happy to wait for September. Plus I get the price of my weekly shop back, so all's good.

All makes sense but on a personal note I’m devestated as I’m away in Amsterdam for work the weekend of 15-16 Sep so ‘may’ miss our opening game in the new stadium

I wonder when it was announced that there would be 4 fixtures before international break. I’d presume the club assumed there would be 3 like last couple of seasons. Had that been the case there would have been no issue at all. Or who knows even then Poch May have taken Wembley option. Just can’t understand anyone saying they won’t go to Wembley 1st game of a season not like they are asking to go mk dons, baffling to me.
