With 18k new season ticket holders, I'd need about 20,000 to reject them to be able to get one. How likely/unlikely is this. Not too fussed as presume tickets will be a lot easier to come by this coming season anyway.

Can anyone recall whether they usually offer finance options on the Season Tickets? I've never considered not paying for mine in full but could be tempted by finance this year.
Yes, they do, but at an extortionate interest rate. If I recall it's about 50% extra for the year. Unless you have a poor credit rating you're far better off talking to your bank about a loan/overdraft or even looking into a credit card.

Note as well that it is through a finance company rather than the club so not guarenteed.

In regards as to whether Stubhub will be available, it looks like it will be (but useless obviously):

As in previous seasons, there will continue to be a resale platform available for Season Ticket holders that are unable to make a home match. This platform will allow seats to be listed for sale by Season Ticket holders to other supporters. Full details on this facility will be published in due course.

I'm in block 32 and I suspect my ST at Wembley will be £70 cheaper, although, in actual fact, it probably won't be given that it is only for 19 games.

I'm incredibly disappointed that there isn't a bigger reduction. I think there will be plenty of offers on GA tickets; multiple game packages, family or group discounts etc and I feel that the loyal ST holders who pay up front, every year are just being taken advantage of.

With 90k this was the perfect opportunity to give something back to ST holders in terms of prices. We have had the most expensive GA season tickets in Europe (on a game by game basis) for some time now. The most annoying thing is that the GA ticket revenue makes up such a smal percentage of revenue these days that it really wouldn't have made much difference to the club to do ST starting at say £250.

Lol, no it's not. From memory I think it was something like 10%. Certainly nowhere near 50%.

I did it a couple of years ago and I think it was around £77pm (mine is the cheapest ST)

There are two ways of looking at this, £695 for a season ticket for 19 games is working out at roughly 36 quid, which isn't the end of the world by any means but will mean that there's no way tickets for general sale will be any cheaper than that. Its a shame considering the massive increase in availability, that they weren't able to make things even more attractive and ensure the place is filled week in, week out.

If they think we are gonna do 90k tickets for Hull or Swansea at 40 quid a go they are mad. I know the prices are categorised so it isn't as simplistic as that but I do fear there are going to be an awful lot of empty seats next season. Maybe not to start with while the novelty is still there but come winter and its Stoke at "home" on a Tuesday night...

I was a bit skint a few years back so just shoved it on a credit card and paid it off over 12 months, didn't pay buggar all interest that way.

Have you tried getting to Wembley from pretty much anywhere outside of Wembley? Last time i went didn't get home till 3am on a weekday.

Oh I know, I went to the Champions League games and got back at 1am every time. To play devil's advocate, it's pretty much as bad for me from White Hart Lane where I live now. But that's kind of by the by.

However, both have very little to do with the likelihood of them being cheap though.

Looks like a drive to Watford Junction and then Overground might be the best route for me from Norwich. Anyone know what parking's like there?

It seems strange really, because I'm sure some of the Champions League tickets were less than that (think I paid £25 for the Monaco game).

Looking at that diagram, there don't seem to be any STs in the violet bits - could it be that they are going to be the cheap seats, but they aren't going to sell any cheap season tickets (then where there are STs the seats will be a similar price)?

Can't see how leaving empty seats makes the club money, especially when they lobbied so hard to get the full capacity for all games....

No i agree. And i hope selfishly speaking they aren't, so i can get rid easily. I love spurs and going there but i detest Wembley for many reasons. This is going to feel like a very long season.

From reading the trust response the idea appears to be to have all the ST in the lower 'bowl' so for games they decide not to open the upper tier we aren't all scattered all over in dribs and drabs as this would dilute the atmosphere . Which is annoying as I actually prefer the upper tier

I've just read all that and frankly it all seems perfectly reasonable.

It's all kicking off on social media.

Reading more posts and going back over the pricing maybe it's not a fair as I first thought actually - I think a price reduction given two less cup games and the extra capacity would've been reasonable to expect. Especially since a lot of cheap tickets could end up available on general sale as they struggle to sell out such a massive capacity.

It does pretty much confirm the new stadium definitely won't be cheaper.

I would have thought they would have a two tier system to reflect the two tiers at Wembley.
ST holders get the best seats in the lower tier and pay £30-£60 whereas the upper tier go to members/general sale between £10-£30 with kids half price.

That way season ticket holders pay the most but for the best seats, are no worse off than now, and guarantee an equivalent place in the new stadium.
Part time fans get a guaranteed seat which is cheaper but higher up.

That way everyone is happy and we still fill the stadium.

Yes, was literally just reading that....(http://www.thstofficial.com/thst-news/season-ticket-pricing-at-wembley-thst-comment) it sort of makes sense.... but I guess people have to ask some harder questions before buying a season ticket this year (not that I've ever had one.....)

Early days but the prices could be an own goal by the club. Wembley experience isn't that great on a non final matchday. No atmosphere, far away, hard to leave the ground. Will all be fine against the top 7 in the league but just can't see filling it versus the bottom half (except West Ham lol) for 30 pounds a ticket.
ST holders will be angry if we start selling packages meaning more or less free tickets for sh*t games while ST holders paid a lot for it.

I for myself will buy my bronze membership for a seventh season running, but won't fly over from Germany to go to a Wembley league game. The CL group stage was a waste of time and money already unfortunately.

Does anyone know if you have to renew your current One Hotspur Bronze membership for next season (17/18) to be one of the 18000? Do you need to keep up the membership and buy a season ticket? Are you automatically one of the 18000 if you have a One Hotspur Bronze membership? I just thought there were more than 18000 on the waiting list?
