Spurs have permission for 27 games to be played at Wembley with full capacity,

19 - home games
3 - CL games (possibly more)
that leaves 5 remaining games if we don't progress in the CL for either FA cup or league Cup

So if we need more home games the capacity is what?

This isn't correct. Wembley got permission for an additional 27 events to cover the Spurs matches. If we were to play more than 27 games, it would still be at 90k capacity but would come out of Wembley's general quota. I expect we have to pay an additional fee in such a scenario, but we don't have to close half the stadium.

We may choose to limit to 50k for e.g. Carlisle at home in the League Cup on a Tuesday night in October, but going by the fact they've sold Gold memberships to people with season tickets in the upper tier without any warning of this I don't think they're even planning on doing that.

If they limit the capacity, they will just move the gold members, as they do with season ticket holders for FA cup games when the away allocation is increased.

You do know the 90k Wembley capacity won’t be available for all games.

Perhaps that is why this season the ST Holders are only getting the 19 Prem games as part of their package - hence therefore if the top tier needs to be closed due to lack of sales or as there are not enough permitted games under the current licence ? I would imagine if we get any League Cup games drawn at home unless it is against category 'A' opposition the top tier will be closed + also an interesting point could be what is regarded as a maximum capacity game i.e even though you put 90'000 tickets up for sale & only 70k are sold does that count as one of the games or if it goes over say 60k attendance then it is classed as a major event ?

exactly - the season ticket holders will be relocated to another area of the stadium & that won't be difficult.

Anyone have an opinion on being able to share a season ticket with family and friends? I know someone mentioned the security being tightened for next year a few pages back but surely they wouldn't ID every Season Ticket Holder?

I guess people won't know the score with that until they cross that bridge, but i can't see Wembley asking people to show id on the gates so my opinion is it will be alright.

the last i heard it was 58,900 and the deadline for that is 17:00 today. I am hoping there is another phase of sales up to 64,000 on the list and then i am in.

I think you have got a very good chance of that, basically the way it is looking - if you want a season ticket you can have one while stocks last !

Does anyone know .. if you have been waiting on a season ticket and don't take up the offer for Wembley, do you lose your spot on list or stay at same position or get higher even with other people taking up the option ?

The list is only made up of people who haven't yet got a ticket. In simple terms, if you're 20,000 on the list and 11,000 people in front of you have bought a ticket, your new position after sales have been completed will be 9,000.

if 300 behind you took up the offer, then you'll be one behind them by one position , so your moving up the que with those who haven't taken up the offer

I would imagine you will lose your place in the queue and it will be reconfigured once the 18k have been allocated

It's pretty irelavent as once the new 18k ST holders take up their new seats there will be no more ST offered in the NWHL unless someone passes away or doesn't renew!

I have been offered a Season Ticket, what happens if I decline the offer?

If you choose not to upgrade this season, you will retain your position on the Season Ticket Waiting List, however you will only be offered a Season Ticket in our New Stadium should any of our 2017/2018 Season Ticket Holders choose not to renew their Season Ticket for the first season in our new home. In the event of any Season Tickets becoming available at that time, these will be offered in waiting list order.
