Seemed very relaxed, more so than previous press conferences. His spoken English is still less than I might hope for, but he clearly understood everything (except once) said today.

Said he was very happy at Spurs etc, and seemed genuine about that.

Like to see more press conferences like this - not just 3 minute bits where he says 'Its a difficult game, X is not quite ready to play' etc

I thought he was more comfortable in front of the camera and mike. He's come a long way in a short time.

Always comes across as an extremely affable, straightforward, intelligent and understanding person and his English has come on in leaps and bounds over the last 18 months.

Full conference below:

Pochettino is class. Love the mantra about constant improvements and one game at a time- with him it doesn't sound like a sound bite but an actual way of being that the players are buying into. If we are indeed fully refreshed from last week we should be able to get all 3pts in this game but we have to be on it yet again. One game at a time boys...

Jesus Perez's english is so much better. Seems to me like Perez is more than fluent in the language while Poch is still learning.
