That's his CV? It doesn't even have his name on it. He should do a better CV, perhaps mention winning the Uefa cup (twice). Just an idea.

that he is finally ready to settle at a big club after spending the last 15 years proving himself as a top manager who can run the best football club in the world.

There's no such thing as loyalty in the modern game, from any quarter.

Wenger and Ferguson have stayed so long because they can't really improve on what they've got: massive clubs, total Board support, serious financial muscle. In turn, they deliver. You can bet yo' ass that if that ever stopped being the case they'd be out.

I believe that the much-trumpeted continental structure at THFC undermines the manager. I suspect Jol suffered from this. It was an open secret that his repeated requests were for established defensive players and that he didn't want Bent.

Whoever the next manager is, if he's not allowed to make transfer decisions based on ADVICE rather than directives from Comolli, the same thing will happen.

Ramos? We'll see. His English is terrible and he has no experience of football beyond Spain. That really worries me. It's a very different league. He did well at Sevilla, but as we know they were extremely fortunate to get past us with crucial refereeing decisions going their way in both legs.

We all want stability and delivery, but we've been here so many times now that I'm sick to death of it. Forget the manager, Levy is not the man to take the Club forward. What makes me laugh is that he's viewed as a success purely because of financial critiera. Somehow his utter incompetence in footballing affairs is papered over. I wish his next managerial appointment the best of luck. They'll need it.

half of the jobs were becasue a better club came in indicating good perfromances Espanyol being the only top club blip. He's got a very good chacne of being good but in the same token a very good chance his head can be turned and there are potentially 10 jobs in European football bigger and better than Spurs. We should consdier oursleves as another step on the Ramos ladder.

We're going to end up signing lots of Spaniards/Brazilians.

You never know, we might then actually be able to retain the ball for prolonged periods.

Then why is he coming here? He should really stay at Sevilla if he wants to be at a big club...don't tell me Spurs fans are suffering from big club syndrome again?

I accept the point about not speaking the language (sure he'll learn) but can people stop going on about Ramos not having any Premiership experience. Neither did any of the following when they arrived....

SAF
Wenger
Benitez
Mourinho
Ranieri
Sven

I think i can see why you're having trouble finding work Jolly. A little tip, usually a CV includes a bit about what you've done, what you've achieved etc.
