what is good about 'arry

He shows emotions on the sideline which we can all relate to and tells us much about the man as does his animated sideline conversations.He will also be an interesting manager come transfer window.i think we have got 'arry at just the right time of his career.go on 'arry !what do you guys reckon ?

He's a man of the people - he dresses like he has shopped in primark and recycles the large brown paper bags they give out :shrug:

I'll save my praise, or otherwise, until the end of the season, once I know whether he has met his first goal, namely keeping us in the premier league.

So far the most important thing is he has simplified players roles, told them what he wants and fitted players to those roles.

Reports that he has told Pavlyuchenko that he wants him on the field to score goals, and making decisions like playing Modric in a more advanced role where he can have more effect offensively seem to be working even if we are not playing that much better yet (it will take some time to get us playing as a unit, and to help some players improve, but I am sure that will happen).

2) experienced at different levels
3) well known for being a great motivator
4) traditionally been very successful in the transfer market
5) always happy to speak to the media which helps us identify with our club again rather than feeling like a corporation
6) he has experienced both success and failure as a manager and his last job was doing a fantastic job so seems to have learnt from his mistakes
7) great at getting the best out of his flair players so hopefully we'll get to see the best out of Lennon, Modric and Gio
