U think we should do a football twinning thingy with Rochdale. Full respect to them especially those poor bastards that travelled down last night
Yeah, I kind of feel sorry for them. They were probably hoping for a reasonably big crowd and a nice payday. Instead, the weather was dreadful, they had to travel down to watch a drubbing in said dreadful weather, and the crowd was only 20 something thousand I think, limiting their payday..

And tickets were cheap. They will have made most of their money out of the tv coverage, which to be fair is still significant for a club in League One.

I wish I had snapped some screenshots. Quite a few Liverpool fans on twitter were performing a world record circle jerk seeing the VAR decisions as retribution from the gods for the draw. Funnily enough most of those tweets have since disappeared. Can't imagine why.

Let’s face it, if VAR has cancelled out two good goals for Liverpool we’d be revelling in it like a pig in shit. We shouldn’t be hypocritical

That's unlikely to happen though, is it?

True. But we'd be doing it just on general principle because they are a delusional bunch, or because of their recent hate-obsession with us. They are doing it because they are literally obsessed with the fact that we got two legitimate penalties against them, that even their own ex-player pundits have explained were legitimate. And that someone had the audacity to go down a bit easily against them - when two of the most notorious divers of the PL era played for them (Gerard and Suarez, who was also a bitey racist), and Firmino threw himself down twice in their very next game (after our trip to Anfield). That is what makes their reaction to VAR last night, focused entirely on their Victim FC false sense of injustice, so hilarious :)

Facebook.

This was posted on Spurs’ official site in response to Harry Kane winning the London footballer of the year award. These were the first 4 replies.

On some of those comments, there were about 20 replies either agreeing or disagreeing with Kane winning before someone mentioned only London based players can win awards. Thick fucking ****s.

Liverpool fans really don’t like us do they :D

funniest post was 'come to Arsenal and win a trophy'

Come to Arsenal and get beaten 3-0 twice in a week by the same team.

Looking at those names and the wording I reckon most of those aren't even in the uk nevermind Liverpool. Glory hunters mouthing off about stuff they know nothing about.
A twice on the bounce golden boot winner renowned for his work rate being called lazy tells you everything you need to know about those 'fans'.

Surely the pinnacle of any player's career is to win the Emirates Cup? Do Arsenal even win that these days?
