I know what a bunch of jokers. We’ve smashed them 7 times in 66

These people are seriously deluded and bias

Wankers
Yes, our record over the 28 previous years is awful but so fucking what? The amount it’s been peddled is ridiculous and there’s nothing wrong with pointing that out. Throughout history we’ve lost 68 and won 51 before years ago, and that’s equally irrelevant. In the past 30 fixtures we’ve won 7, lost 12 and drawn 11. Also pretty insignificant, but more than the other stats as it’s more recent and in an era where Chelsea have spent over a billion while we’ve been roughly breaking even.

Fact is, the stat they’ve been peddling about not winning there since 1990, while upsetting for us as fans, has literally nothing to do with anybody currently at the club from Levy to the players to Pochettino to Gladys the tea lady. What is far more relevant is that we beat them at least once a season these days and are fighting with them for the top spots every season under this manager, still spending a fraction of their spend on both salaries and transfer fees.

Don’t you realise that we haven’t beaten Chelsea for over 22 hours?

Fucking disgrace

I love the fact that so many fans are moaning about us, calling our players cheats etc, it’s just pure jealousy at how well we are doing and where we are as a club right now.

I’ve seen (like you all), many many years of us being proper shit, where we were laughed at and patronised as just being a nothing type club. Where as now, and I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this, I see the same sort of reaction to us that teams like Utd got from other fans, including me when I was growing up.

It means we are successful and moving in the right direction. Because amongst all the guff, there is credible admiration from ex pros (eg Neville) for what we and more so Poch, is doing right now.

It's intruiging how much us getting praise in the media really eats at fans of the other top 6 clubs.

They just can't comprehend how we can compete and play exciting football without the money or recent history of success that they have. We show their flaws, we can't be written off as oil money. It's great.

Both Lamela and Vertonghen should have gotten red cards today, but as it often happens, Spurs get away with it. Vertonghen in not an ugly player, Lamela however is... always finishing what he starts. Nasty

I don't think that we derserved any red cards. Herrington was a yellow the most. And the only other one was Lamela which again would have been a yellow not intent and put no pressure on Fabegras legs...

Erik Lamela has been back for 2 months and called Wilshere a pussy and stamped on fabregas. Pretty much my player of the season ?

Obviously Kane is the automatic choice of "favourite player", but for me Lamela is up there as well. I love his tenacity and work rate. The bloke would try and tackle a Chieftain Tank if he thought it was threatening our goal. I've long been a fan and I'm glad he's finally getting the plaudits.
