I vaguely recall it being a present from his wife, and on that basis had to be hung somewhere in the house whether or not he wanted it to be.

However, can we please stop talking about who we might want to replace Poch? It isn't something that I care to think about.

Thanks.

Doesn't a partner buy things that the other person normally likes?

He wasn't exactly subtle was he?! ?

He had everything from niggly shit while the ref wasn't looking to blood and thunder to career threatening, to be honest. Loved him as a player.

Not sure how what we do is 'sly' in comparison though - just seemed a bizarre comment!

"Just up the road" is a relative term for the mainly English posters lol.

I live near Moira now but have lived a lot of places in Northern Ireland.

Ever been down Donaghadee direction?

My Dad is from Lurgan, says the only good thing about it is the road out of it!

Moira is a nice wee place though.

Sadly but understandably now with no CL I think the squad have more than one eye on the World Cup given the league is essentially over.

I can see a loss, or dropped points at least, due to that coupled with how knackered and mentally drained most of them will be.

It is all about ending this ridiculous losing streak. A draw would steady the ship. If we win I would be ecstatic and the last 7 days would be history. Just think Spurs know we are there for the taking mentally. You never know though. Football is weird.

Spurs will rest a couple with them playing the shit next week,so I’m going for a 3-1 win.

Doubt it. They will want revenge for the loss at our place plus they will want to finish ahead of the Dippers so they go straight into the CL

I guess people here know even if ManC fans don't, but just in case not, 4th this year goes straight into group stages. So finishing 3rd or 4th is more about pride (and a little more prized money).

+ the fact that a maximum of only 5 English teams can get CL. So if arsenal win EL, Liverpool win CL (and drop down to 5th in the process), we come 4th, Chelsea miraculously come 3rd, top 2 remain same....; we lose out because 4th place does not get automatic qualification, the their teams do.

Stranger things have happened, and we all know our luck for these sorts of things... ?

I think the City comments stem back to the game at their place in December where Alli most probably should of seen red, and Kane might of seen red.

their worrying about Moss is a joke, think the last time he was ref when we played City he sent Fazio off gave them 2 pens, and we lost 5 or 6-1 (I hate Moss).

Every week being forced to watch John Moss huff it up the pitch 30 yards behind the run of play on counter attacks is one of the most painful viewing experiences in the PL. That said I have major respect for how he handled the end of the Liverpool game and I think got both calls right. Which probably means he'll not give us a thing Saturday for fear of being murdered in the streets by screeching Liverpool fans.
