Razorist is my favourite, had a tough day:

78 mins

If they win this late again I will quit football all together.

79 mins

I am going to start watching now, so expect a winner in the next 5 minutes

83 mins

Lmao good night

I watched 2 minutes.

Next time I’m gonna make some money.

90 mins:

Anyway I fancy that new fatboy striker from Chelsea to miss a few sitters so looking forward to that
You missed one on page 4

Dubravka deserves to be sent to a workcamp in North-Korea for that howler.

few posts from kop forum

Annoying tw#t's, if the games lasted 80 minutes they would be fighting relegation.

.

This is my favourite. Was it alan pardew that came up with some sort of stat like if games were only 45 mins they would in the CL places?

Really? When?

We've thoroughly deserved the three points we got against each of Fulham, Watford and Newcastle, and I'm struggling to recall a match that we won when we didn't deserve it. In fact you could say that we 'deserve' more points; Watford away and Man. Utd at home spring to mind.
I agree that we've been the better team in most games, but there are plenty of games where the chances have been say 55% or 60% in our favour and we've won by a single goal. Over the course of a season typically a few of those results go against you and you drop some points, even though you're the better side.

We've won 10 games this season by a single goal. Away at Fulham they had 2 excellent chances to go 2-0 up before half time. Success had a wonderful chance to put Watford 2-0 up before we equalised. We were also unconvincing away at West Ham and Palace and won both games 1-0. Even against Bournemouth, a game we won 5-0, we scored about 3 deflections while Bournemouth were missing sitters left right and centre.

I'm not trying to do us down, but in football the best side often doesn't win and when you're winning games by fine margins while the opposition are missing crucial chances and hitting the post (Rondon today), there's an element of luck involved. In essence - we've played better in previous seasons but dropped more points. Because football.

Yes, but it's often said results are far more important (at this stage of the season) than performances.

Hopefully the Liverpool players will have a wobble, but I think the manager is pretty strong. Whereas I think Man City players are all quite mentally strong, but Pep sometimes gets too involved in things he shouldn’t, and loses his mind.

It could be good timing for Kane and Dele’s return.

Nobody including Spurs in this race? The only downside to the midweek results is that Tottenham's back into a reasonable distance at 7 points adrift. With their injury issues and being a goal down while we were a goal up, they seemed to be dead and buried in the race, but it turned around later and they're right back in. If Man City do fall away as we hope, and if we also stutter, then surely they'd have a sniff later? I've ruled them out many times, and they've just kept coming back. The question is how much longer can they keep up? Surely, both City and us will start dropping more points than the first half of the season, and that will make it easier for Spurs to keep up.
Looks like a Liverpool fan that has a bit of sense. Their fans should be worried, given that under Klopp they've got a track record of hitting slumps in the second half of the season. Just had a quick look at their previous results to make sure I wasn't exaggerating.

won 1 out of 6 in 17/18
won 1 out of 7 in 16/17
won 1 out of 6 in 15/16

Another similar drop in form this year and they're in big trouble. In a few weeks time, we'll hopefully have close to a fully fit squad with a lot of players having been given forced rest through injury, while Liverpool's key players, who have played almost every game this year, will start to feel the strain of Klopp's high intensity system and either drop form or pick up injuries.

On Football Focus yesterday, Jermaine Jenas pointed out that Klopps' over-reaction to Kyle Walker's midweek tweet was quite unnecessary, and made it look as though he was rattled. (The whole LFC media management machine is so focussed on setting the news agenda that they must have held their heads in their hands when they saw that Klopp had decided to respond to KW's mockery.)

They’ve not pressed as hard this season though. I think Klopp might have learned from previous seasons.

Any outside chance we’ve got, for it to become anything more we need results at Anfield and City.

The **** doesn't know what banter is.
He does when it's going in the opposite direction.

We all know that Walker is a joker so there's absolutely nothing malicious in it. Having said that Walker's team had just lost so he should probably be a little more focused on that than what's going on elsewhere. And having said that, if its a ploy to make Klopp and Liverpool come undone then it could be a masterstroke of mind games.

Klopp whinging about it is silly, it's nothing and if he's rising to stuff like that he's obviously feeling the heat. I've noticed that in the last game he wasnt gurning as much and barely celebrated there first goal. I think he's a tad worried.

If Liverpool get through this next month unscathed I think theyll do it as this is the period where pressure really ramps up.

“I never celebrated that another team dropped points or lost a game. For me that's not allowed.”
