A memo to ourselves...and waving to any Liverpool fans doing a reverse what are our opponents saying about us.

This, oh they lost a final last year so that means the experience of losing somehow is a factor in their favour being in another final a year later.

Can I draw everyone's attention to the 1991 American football final....the superbowl:

1991 Losing finalists: Buffalo Bills

and then

1992 Losing finalists: Buffalo Bills

and then

1993 Losing finalists: Buffalo Bills

and then...I mean the scales by now must be SO FAR tipped in the Bills' favour....

1994 Losing finalists: Buffalo Bills

Let that slowly ferment in their heads for another two weeks

I had a cockerel as a child and it was a nasty evil well 'ard bastard of a ****ing bird - really vicious! At one time it pierced it's spur through my shin, around the bone, and then out the other side.......the little fucker had to be unhooked from my leg whilst it lacerated my wrist with it's free leg - blood every where and afterwards it just stood atop it's shed and stared at me.........tasted good though!

Up until the "tasted good though", it reminded me of Graham Roberts vs Charlie Nicholas...

We had two Rhode Island Reds, big buggers they were (Tom and Jerry) and surprisingly they didn't fight as there were enough hens to go around. One day the teamed up to see off a St.Bernard that got into the chicken field. The dog didn't mean any harm but these two stood between him and the hens until we came and rescued him.

We had a Siamese cat who kept well away from that field the only thing she was afraid of was those two.
