I prefer to go about with my eyes and ears open I also prefer to back the club I support
I would hate to be a liberal do good who never sees anything biased .
If you had watched the media this week then you will know that Liverpool have been portrayed as a perfect club a perfect team and a perfect manager with perfect fans .If that kind of media reporting does not get up your nose then nothing will .
whereas spurs have a squad size problem ;a problem with Kanes injury ;the manager is week for not stripping Lloris of the captaincy ;the stadium delays must be affecting the players .
Now some of these things are correct and some not but the point I am making is that when you have a media made up of almost all of which are ex Liverpool and Arsenal players they report in a way which is always biased be it intentional or subliminal.
All I ask for is equality in media reporting
It is no coincidence that the most fair minded media reporters are not ex Liverpool Man unt or Arsenal players the problem is there are so few of them
Have you tried not watching media reports on football teams?
I did it years ago, it’s wonderful.
Seriously though, why do you give a damn what someone else thinks or feels about the club? If they’re biased, stop reading their stuff. If reports on tv are biased, don’t watch them. Tune in for the game and avoid whatever “agenda driven” diatribe that you know is coming before or after by turning it off.
You want a fair media? Send me pictures of the unicorns in that fantasy world when you see them! As has already been said, controversy sells, as does reporting positive articles on teams that have the largest followings. Those fans will lap up the positive spin on their team, whilst lapping up negatives on their rivals, thereby creating greater revenue...
After all, money is king.
Balanced media is a thing of the distant past. Either get used to it and treat it with the contempt it deserves, or ignore it completely.
