I hate it when people say things like "they deserve it" you get what you deserve in football, they blew off the FA and league cup and were piped to the title by a superior team, if they win it they deserve it, if we win it we'd have deserved it.

I hate it when people tell me 'Spurs's name is on the cup'. They only say that to put the kybosh on our chances.

Article from Guillem Balague.

Annoying when he cites we were playing ‘sometimes in front of fewer than 30,000 fans’ this season.’ In fact, that was just once, and it was over 29,000.

Our support has been amazing, given we played at Wembley for so long.

Another interesting point is that Dele did not intend for his pass to reach Lucas but was trying to pass back to Llorente. I never even considered this before! Looks like they might be right. I thought it was just a sublime Dele pass, but maybe not. Don’t really care now though!

I know him and Poche are meant to be fairly close, but something has never sat right with me about Balaque.

This is also good, highlighting the diffrent styles we have had to play throughout the season, and how it gives us an advatage. I do think if a decision, injury, or red card goes against us we would deal with it better than Pool.

This one is better than the other tactics video who predicted that will Wanyama start for us.

"The only difference with Klopp's situation is that maybe Spurs need him to win a trophy with them to stop him from clearing off."

Seriously how is he still working for the bbc, to think that everyone in the uk is helping to pay for these insights, a ludicrous pundit.

I think we'll leave it as a sublime pass from Dele if he doesn't mind! :)

Not as bad as I thought, quite a few draws, as others have said we probably should've won in our last 2 visits to Anfield, and the one tonking that was dished out was by us. Hopefully the 3 week break has disrupted their rhythm somewhat. COYS!

not sure the 3 week break will effect them any different than it has us, the thing is Liverpool play at a very high tempo, and with their push. to do that in the weather they will face tonight wearing a darker kit (if the sun is still out), will effect them so will have to change their approach. the last 3 seasons they have dominated the 1st half at Anfield to then tale off in the 2nd and winning 2 of those 1, winning the game in the 1st 20 3 seasons ago. Last season we were the better and stronger team in the 2nd half, and this season the same happened, the only difference being Lloris not catching a soft header.

it's a game in a different country, with different heat that neither of us have played in this season, and a pretty split fan base in the stadium. they have the bonus of playing such a high ranking match, but their players have only experienced a loss. they might go out with that feeling of not wanting to lose again, but that mentality can also add extra pressure.

myself I'm hoping for the win like every Spurs fan across the world, but feel it will either go to extra time or the worst (been wrong most my life). whats important is we see a game where we don't give it to them, will be harder for the ref to do it with VAR in action.

Just remember what the pundits said about us at the START of the season. Not one of them was right!

Balaque is very much a remoras.
These fish attach themselves to the larger marine creatures including sharks, turtles, manta rays and the like for an easy mode of transportation, to gain the protection provided by being one with the bigger animal, and for food. Yet their hitching on to a shark causes no harm to the shark itself.
