One of the advantages of having Harry Redknapp is, he will continue to get us up for games no matter who we play. Under Ramos, it seemed that we would only perform against the top 4. We'll have bad spells under Harry, but i think we'll lose less games on the trot. And i dont think we'll have any spells like we have had since the Cup Final under Harry.

We still have a lot of work to do to correct our League position. I hope these recent results dont overshadow the problems we still have. We still look edgey at set pieces. But i'm sure Redknapp will know this. We need to keep working hard. Its difficult to see the floors in a game when you've won. It doesn't sink in the same when as when you lose a game. The players need to realise that, despite a great comeback against Arsenal, they still conceded 4 goals which they shouldn't have. Despite the late win against Liverpool, we still let them in on goal a few times, only for them to waste their chances. Even against Bolton, we had some heart in mouth moments.

I also hope that, if we're in a good position come January, we dont overlook what needs improving. Despite what Daniel Levy said, we still need a few players. We need at least one striker (especially if we're still in the UEFA Cup.) We still need a good defensive midfielder. And we still dont really have a natural left midfielder. And we're a bit light at Centre Back if King continues to struggle.

We have to aim to hit 40 pts as soon as we can, thinking about Europe even after a euphoric last week is stupid. Once we hit the 40 pts we can then think about our next target.

The key for me is that we get to at least 20 points by January. We'll have played 19 games come the new year. We're not going to do worse in the 2nd half of the season, i'm sure. But to get to around mid-table at least will help us get a few players in January, and look up, not down, the table in the 2nd half of the season.

I disagree 100%. I think we should aim to get 40 points really slowly.

For me it really depends on how our next 2 games go, if we can get 2 wins then we are back in contention to qualify for Europe via the league. Obviously getting back to back away wins is very difficult in the PL especially considering our away record. But 6 points would see us right back into mid-table and would give us every possible chance. We have to try and stay positive. Yes we’ve been lucky but so what? There are times in the season where we will be unlucky but against Arsenal and Lpool you need some luck. We need to start playing better and it will be good to see us against Zagreb where hopefully we can start to pick up our passing game and improve our ball retention. This will be key against Man City as we all know they are very strong at home.

Nothing wrong with trying to qualify for Europe as well as moving up the league - Cup tournaments are a release - change is as good as a rest etc and 2 of our key players are ineligible and fresh and ready for league action every EPL game.

Oh dear, typical Spurs fans getting carried away.

We'll still go down. Championship Harry will then get to bring us back up gloriously via the play offs.

As the game stands at the moment we will be back to bottom, 2 point adrift of WBA, Bolton, Wigan and Fulham :-|

I don't think we can get a lot worse than our performance in Udinese...

What are you on about Europe..... We're going to win the leauge!

Oh and I wan to crash out of uefa and the fa and carling cups. Then (like Jol's first year) We can concentrate fully on the league.

-- EDIT ---

(I don't really think we will win the league. 6th on the last day on goal difference) COYS

They also got spanked by City! Lets hope Harry gets his revenge at the weekend! Im not really concentrating on qualifying for next season. I think our first prioty should be safety then lets see where we are!
