Who do we want in the last 8 of the Champions League?

Our game will be the most frenetic I think - definitely goals. Fuck defending.

Just reading their forums - I already hate the fuckers - I wanna batter them.

Dortmund will be tough. A team in form but who dares wins. We can take them on and win. First leg will be crucial.

At this stage it doesn't really matter who we draw. All of those teams are very strong. Even Porto, who seem to have been the ones everyone wanted, absolutely smashed their group.

Look, we didn't even expect to be here. Let's just enjoy it and remember that we're good enough to beat anyone.

COYS!

tough one but overall, I think you have to take that as a positive draw, considering psg, juve, Madrid (yes been rubbish but we know how they get the job done) and Bayern are coming alive now in the league.

Hopefully Dortmund will be focussing on maintaining their lead in the bundesliga.

We 100% need to play 19/20 feb and 12/13 march otherwise we are doomed......Chelsea away and arsenal home the few days before and after the 26/27 fixtures

Fuck the doom and gloom over Dortmund, we are a team they would have hated to have faced over two legs - especially at the new ground.

Of course they've improved and a team I admire but we have definitely got our nous back in Europe and now going to Dortmund isn't a venue we go in with trepidation.

Going to be facing top teams from hereon so just enjoy it for what it is - Europe's elite squaring off against each other!

If we can't get through Dortmund, what is the point of us progressing any further anyway? We'd be left with the likes of Barca, Madrid, not Arsenal, Man City, not Chelsea and PSG.

Worst draw we could have got except maybe PSG. At least then we'd have got to see Neymar and Mbappe at the Lane and have a new stadium to go and visit.

I know we beat them last season but they're nine points clear at the top of the Bundesliga and the thought of Sancho terrorising our full-backs doesn't bear thinking about.

Will be amazed if we go through TBH.
You'd rather we drew Barca, Juventus or Real Madrid over Dortmund?!

Can’t believe how scared and worried some of our fans are! We can give anyone a game on our day. Dortmund’s record in the league is fantastic, but what about ours? Not far off theirs, and in a much tougher league. Will be a very close game. I think playing at home first might actually help us.

Great game for the first European tie at the NWHL. Battle of the single-tiered stands. Actually, fuck the game. Whichever stand is better should go through.

I do think Dortmund would be harder for us atm than Real or Bayern (plus Porto) but to be the best we've got to beat them. Gonna be a great set of games this!

Do people seriously think this is a worse draw than Juventus, PSG or Real Madrid? In this competition there's nothing to be compared with pedigree. Those were the teams I wanted to avoid.

I'm a bit confused as to why everyone thinks we're such outsiders. The Bundesliga really isn't of a high standard at all this season. We've a slightly worse points per game to them in a far more competitive league. Clearly they're a quality side, but I think we'll get through. Their best players are obviously incredible, but there are a good few players in their side who would struggle to make our bench when all are fit.

To anyone wetting themselves about playing Dortmund, you do realise this is the knockout stages of the Champions League right? Newport County was not an option.

Certainly not the worst draw we could have got in my opinion - how many people really expect Dortmund to go on and win it this season?
