Who do you want to miss out on top four?

Obviously everyone here wants us to get one of the slots. If we try and be realistic, let's assume that Chelsea have one of the slots sown up already. That leaves two left. There is a faint possibility that Everton could creep their way back into the race but whilst I could see them managing to get 6th or maybe in 5th, for three teams to collapse in the way they'd need to for Everton to finish top four seems unlikely.

What that means is, with just five points separating them, the teams currently in 2nd to 6th could realistically finish in any combination. So if we take ourselves and Chelsea out of the equation, who do you want to get the other slots? Or given that picking out of Arsenal, Liverpool, Man Utd and Man City is picking the lesser evils, who would you most like to see miss out?

Obvious choice would be Arsenal, but then maybe you want them to keep Wenger and the only way for that to happen is for them to get their regular 4th place. Then if Liverpool came 6th with no trophies after a year without European football, Klopp would have some serious questions to answer and they may have the vultures swoop in for Coutinho. I do wonder how safe Mourinho and Guardiola would be if they also came 6th and didn't win anything given the money they've both spent - they'll both still have money to spend and perhaps Pogba proves they'll still be ok, but I'd think it would be harder to attract the players they want without Champions League football.

Arsenal and Liverpool for me.

The bin foragers and Man Utd for me. Hopefully that'll mean wenger gets to keep his job whilst Mourinho loses his and fucks off out of football for good (or goes to China).

I'm not bothered, no matter how much money others spend, it won't give them a superior advantage of the competition.

There's nothing to be afraid of in this league, it's been like that for a while and won't revert back to the Fergie days anytime soon IMO.

Man Utd are in second place going into May. However a defeat at Arsenal is followed by a defeat in the final game at White Hart Lane, dropping United down into fourth place. A win will see them secure it, however Crystal Palace, needing a point to avoid relegation, park the bus Mourinho style and grind out a draw at Old Trafford on the final day, United then drop down to 6th.

Am trying to figure out if I'd rather see Arsenal and Liverpool both miss out than Mourinho's post-match interview after that.

Liverpool and Utd, as it probably will be. Arsenal just about getting in so Wenger keeps his job and nothing changes with them for another year

Liverpool and Arsenal, easy choices for me, the former especially, I would love to see both just completely purged from the premier league if I am honest.

I'm not sure that I want Arsenal to have a season free of European distraction. Not while we're fighting off the curse of Wembley.

Safest for the oil-funded clubs to be in that position, probably.

They'd be in the Europa League.
