I'm pretty sure I have, might be in Balague's book

I’ve read that book and I don’t recall that. As far as I remember he said something along of lines of “I think Levy thinks he’s a good player, but thinks I can make him an even better one. We’ll see”.

How the fuck is Aurier being lumped in with the likes of Sissoko, Njie and Nkoudou (the latter two was said by someone else).
Because people hate Aurier after one season and a large chunk of the fan base think he's already a lost cause:banghead:

I guess this is what Breezer was talking about.

He is just so important to Palace right now, especially with Benteke being such a misfiring dud. Paying him over the odds probably better business than any deal they will be offered and risk an almost certain relegation.

Yeah I can see them going up to £200k to keep him. The last deal was over £100k if I remember correctly...

They're very desperate to keep him and he's seemingly in a comfort zone and will take a payrise. I think going to United so early in his career and failing has scared him away from testing himself.

Don't people say players want to test themselves at the highest level, CL? If he stays at CP he's unlikely ever to do this, midtable or avoiding relegation at best.

He would go if a team offers what palace want but palace are going to want 60m. Can;t see anyone paying it especially since what happened at utd. Might as well take the 130-150k that palace will offer him.

I prefer Martial for a WF who can cover for Kane when needed but Zaha would also be great (even though his finishing can be shocking at times). Liverpool were unable to handle him in their last match against CP, luckily for them Benteke missed couple of sitters. Son is great but his plantar fasciitis could be troublesome especially towards later part of the season if/when it gets inflamed. The only problem is his price and CP don't need to sell him.

He's probably happy to be a favourite at Selhurst Park after the mare he had at Utd.

Lot of money for someone who runs.. Fallsover.. gets up.. runs. falls over.... Repeat... Dive training courtesy of Tom Daley ffs.
I'd hope we steer clear.
