Jol is now 7/4 second favourite with Betfair to become the next Fulham manager. If he becomes manager ,will he next season ,( presuming they stay up this year) get them to 5th. from the top or 5th. from the bottom?

Who is fav?

As for the question, personally I don't think Jol would be a good appointment for him or Fulham.

Jol would never take over at Fulham.. He wants to compete for prizes as he have said before!

Jol would have no chance at Fulham, as they cannot attract the top players, and they have a small wages budget.

They don't have the players to finish top 5 now, and I doubt they'll attract many big names in the Summer. I think they're relegation bound. When it happens, I'd say probably sometime in the next 3 seasons, but it's inevitable.

Michael Brown would be though (is he still there?)!

What happened to their manager (I want to say sanchez?) I haven't heard anything about a vacancy

Michael Brown's got his own problems at Wigan. Sanchez was sacked this morning.

There is one thing to consider though. Jol himself said he wants to work in London again, because his family is settled here. There aren't any other London clubs with jobs going.
