It's quite concerning to see the amount of Yes responses, thought it would be one way traffic.

Blimey, if you can't hope a guy who supported your club as a boy and came up through the ranks (despite that awful red spell) will see out his best years at the club then God help you if you cuff a fit bird!

Saddening to see the impact obscene money and plastic clubs has had on the Premier League era; building a generation of cynics.

The question was will he ever leave spurs?
The amount of players that spend their whole career at one club is few.
We all want him to stay but in a world where even barca can't keep hold of their best players it will be difficult. He is possibly the hottest property in football at the moment.

When he is about 38 we will let him go on a free to West Ham... Try to get them out of Division one.

I've not enjoyed a Spurs player as much as Harry in my 40 years of watching. Maybe Sir Glenn? But Harry will never be loved more at any other club. It will be so hard for him to leave.....it's a No from me

There aren't many players, especially in the Premiership, especially at Kane's level who time after time state their love for their club. I honestly believe he wants to stay at Spurs as long as he can but if we aren't winning major honours regularly by the time he is 27-28 I think he will want to go and to be honest we should wish him well. Let's hope we can push on in the new stadium and win.

Fairly sure he was quoted as saying as long as we were always moving forward and challenging he would not need to leave.

“I’m not going anywhere – now or in the summer. I’m here, why would I want to move? Tottenham are a fantastic club." - Sol Campbell

He'll want to break Shearer's record, so can't see him going abroad anytime soon.

Harry seems to have his head screwed on and has maturity beyond his years. A while back Eric Dier said something about wages along the lines of - the players don't need the money but need the kudos of earning the same or more than their rivals. I don't think Harry has that mind set at all and simply wants to play for the club that he loves for as long as possible.

If only it was that simple. If only things didn't change, opinions, clubs, managers.

"It depends on how the club goes forward and managers et cetera"

"You can never know what happens in football"

Some declarations of yore…

'Danny Rose: I want to end my career at Tottenham, just like Ledley King did'
https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/fo...enham-just-like-ledley-king-did-a3337386.html

'Sol Campbell: I'll never be a Gunner'
http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11670/2181639/sol-will-never-be-a-gunner

Oh and what's that about Bale coming back to Spurs…

'Gareth Bale: I want to finish my career at Madrid'
https://www.irishtimes.com/sport/soccer/gareth-bale-i-want-to-finish-career-at-real-madrid-1.2849532

It's almost like players just say things in interviews at certain times then change their minds later, like human beings are allowed to, and none of it means anything.

Would it have helped if I'd put this smiley in my post ;)
