Do you guys know that Willy Boly is top of the league with Braga in the Europa League?

Scoutingmanagement is not wrong about this one either. Sometimes it takes some time for players to adapt, but with the right players around, you know they have the talent to succeed. It is more about what kind of players you gel together on the pitch.

If you don't know about the player I am talking about, it is the former Auxerre player.

He's only played in 6 league matches, one of which Braga lost and he was sent off, 2 others were nil nil.
Hardly setting the world alight is he.

Statement from 2012 in from that link:

I would say that we should sign a few players from the relegated french clubs.

Auxerre were relegated this year, but they have some really exciting players there. It is the team as a whole that is the reason for their relegation.

A player like Alain Traore is very good. I would also bring in young defender Willy Boly.

From Caen I would like us to sign young striker M'Baye Niang.

I think many of you would agree on this. At least I hope so.

Traore is now on loan at AS Monaco.
Niang is playing for Milan (scoring today)

My understanding is Willy Boly is a very naughty boy.

Would he fit in with Poch's structure?

For some reason this made me think of The Life of Brian.

Willy Boly is not the messiah. He's a very naughty boy!! Now go away!!

SK, quick question. Do you find it a challenge juggling the roles of 'head of excellence', 'art director of football' and 'director of Spurscommunity scouting', or is there a degree of overlap between the roles?
