He's a break up in the fourth now. He's been serving great too. Federer will have to produce his very best to stay in this.

Arnold, obvioulsly Murray will be focused on this match but you cannot deny that if Federer goes out- that is a bonus for Murray and gives him his best shot yet at the title, especially and mainly because of the form he is in (Murray).

If Murray wins, does he play the winner of this match in the semi or the winner of Nadal's match?

Yes, but hasn't he got Nadal in the semis, if he beats Tsonga obviously

I think he has, I was more generally in terms of the barriers to winning it, Nadal himself has struggled a bit.

Having seen a bit of Murray this year, his recent less impressive form makes perfect sense.

When he first broke through, he had a great range of shots, often winning with lobs, drop-shots and passes. His service and power game was weaker though.

He's spent a couple of years beefing up and getting his serve and power up to a standard to compete with the big guns.

He now looks as though he's gradually working the rest of his game back in. He's playing those drop-shots and dead balls again - but now he has a better standard of power game too. It's unsurprising that working these shots back in is a learning process and he's going to make errors as he goes about it.

It bodes very well for his future as a real all-round talent though, imo.

For me, Andy Murray is Scottish today and he'll be Scottish tomorrow.

I wish Murray well as I quite like him, but I won't be supporting him just because we both carry a British passport.
