Can't believe that there's no thread for this...

I know that people will most likely be watching blondie on center court, but there's a really good match going on over on court 12 between Hewitt and Nishikori.

The Japanese player has just made it 1-2 after losing the first two sets in quite dramatic fashion, he's been extremely unpredictable. Fascinating 4th set just started, (online or red button).

Sexiest woman in world tennis today, Ana Ivanovic, now playing online/red button - Court 12.

Watched a full evenings worth today, switching between matches. Djoko is looking incredibly good still, might be worth a little bet. Shame about the English girl that took Zakopalova to 3 sets, thought she was going to do it towards the end. James Ward's a Gooner, so not overly bothered about his exit...

Ana absolutely destroyed that Oudin bird, 6-0, 6-1. Looking really good too. :hump:

Average by Serbian standards. I'm not messing either, Novi Sad is the best place I've ever seen for beautiful women.

Irish player lost in five sets today. First time in ages an Irishman qualified. He was two breaks up in the final set, but lost the last five games. He would've been playing Federer in the next round too .

Not really that sexy though. Not really any hot tennis players at the moment. Oh and I almost can't watch 98% of women's tennis these days, it is absolutely terrible.

Got my ticket for Centre tomorrow. Hopefully a ladies match is on first so I can watch a decent game on the outside courts before seeing Fed or Djoko in the evening.

Wimbledon = the most overrated and dullest bunch of shite to watch since sport was invented.

I really don't see why people get so excited about it.

I've been playing tennis since I was about 2 and have done at quite a high level in the past so I always love to go and to other tournaments as well.

Most of the tickets are given to clubs to distribute so proper tennis fans/players get to go but the rest just piss me off.

All the corporate seats are always empty cos they are too busy guffing in the wine bar and I'd say 90% of the people in the queue just go to get a picture of themselves with some strawberries to put a picture on facebook and show off to their friends.

Tennis only exists 2 weeks a year to them, ask them to name anyone other than Fed, Nadal and Murray and they would struggle.

I love watching Wimbledon on TV, rain and all, every June (as long as Cliff doesn't ever sing again).

Interesting debate started by Newcombe and Becker about Murray's mama. Should she back off? Does he rely on her too much rather than on himself? Does it affect his confidence having her around so much? Are the sweeties she gives him ruining his teeth?

Will he ever win Wimbledon or an overseas Grand Slam?

Likewise...also dont get why people in this country dont seem to give a shit about tennis for 50 weeks a year. Wimbledon starts and suddenly everyone is a tennis fan.

Some feel that way about football. Nothing, then the world cup or the european cup comes around and all of a sudden everybody is a fan.

And Golf with the majors, Athletics with the Olympics and World Championships, Cricket when it come to The Ashes etc...

The match between Williams and the Japanese woman(can't remember her name) was very entertaining today. Although the Woman's games don't provide the best quality, it's far more competitve than the mens and that makes it more entertaining early on.

I enjoy watching football in the local park and it doesn't matter who wins so I can relax and when one some of the players are good, it's a bonus.

Equally, I can watch a local cricket match and enjoy it as much as a Test match. It doesn't always have to be about the best, although I certainly do like watching a competitor who thrills with his or her expertise and style and I wouldn't criticise someone who only wants to see World Cup or European football, Grand Prix, Masters golf, Test cricket or Grand Slam tennis and the like. An interest in sport at the top level is better than none at all.
