I dont doubt his fitness and condition Im trying to think like levy does and i cant see a deal but who knows.
In all honesty with how well we are doing i really dont see levy purchasing anyone he wont see the need.

Understandable, but it's a bit selective as I could point to the Saha and Nelson deals a few years ago. Older players for cheap, and only because they were cheap. Granted Milner wouldn't be quite as cheap, but he'd be considerably less so than he would otherwise (mind you City will not pass up several million pounds given their FFP restrictions, so I highly doubt they'd let him walk in the summer), and given his fitness level the value for what we pay would also be beyond your typical situation for an older player.

Still aren't doing that well IMO. No excuse for how many points we've dropped against weaker sides and how consistently we've struggled to find the way through. Without Eriksen and Kane's late goals, we'd easily be struggling midtable. Could use an experienced player such as Milner to inspire some belief, some will, and some aggression. Truly think he'd be a brilliant purchase for our young squad in such a physically demanding system.

Maybe Sell Dembele, Townsend and Carroll depending on incomes.

Outs: 7 or 10


Promote the likes of Veljkovic, Winks, Onomah and vastly cut wage bill and squad size.

I'm excited for our future if we make the right decisions!

We are in desperate need for some skilful wingers/CAMs with explosive acceleration and good pace. Players in the Hazard mould who can link with Eriksen and Kane and latch on to the last pass in the triangle. A creative CM would do wonders too.

We've got some decent finishers, but we absolutely do not have that pace and sense of urgency. Yet another game against a smaller side today who take advantage of our own lack of urgency, and turn it around to give us a lecture on how crucially important it is.

If we are not going to buy anyone which looks likely FFS then i see no reason why we can't take back Pritchard from Brentford and cut his loan short. He is apparantly playing superb and brentford fans are in awe of his quality. This guy could provide the much needed extra creativity we lack and also be back up for Eriksen in the tight fixture schedule we have
