This is my number one choice for Vic replacement. Would be an excellent get. If we could only add brahim diaz who's contact is also up then I would be extremely happy.
If his contract really isn't up until 2020 we can't afford to wait that long for a replacement.

If he decides he will not sign a renewal Ham will have to sell or loose him for nothing. Personally I think he has a lot of potential and the big bonus of his HG status.

Man City after Ndombele. Says we have been linked. In an ideal world where Levy actually backs his best ever manager this guy is like the most obvious transfer to us ever. Would be such an upgrade (already) on Vic and possibly even Dembele. Not to mention the potential he possesses. Almost depressing knowing he'll never get even remotely close to us.

The time to get him was last summer. We didn't do that and we'll live to regret it. Rinse, repeat.

It depends how you look at it... As the time to get him is when he's signed. Also can't stand the defeatist who bang on about other clubs being in for him...imo we are an attractive proposition for most players.

Just what they need. More fucking players. Starting to despise everything they stand for. Makes me sick.

He'll go to city to replace Fernandinho and they'll happily spend 60m+ on him. We won't and that's why we have no chance.

But once again, we had the chance to show conviction in the summer and we hesitated. Now it’s too late.

De Ligt, De jong - the same

At some point we’ll need to take a view and commit to signing a player before he becomes a no brainer for others

Can't compete with city mate no point complaining it's time to move on from that target and find a cheaper alternative.

Santiago Ascacibar from Stuttgart would be a solid replacement for Wanyama. His only downside is his size, 1.71m (5 ft 7). Reminds me of Mascherano and Roy Keane and he is only 21. Looks like they will relegate (I know it's early ) and him and Pavard will most likely be sold. Generally there is lots of good talent in Germany and clubs usually don't ask for crazy money.

Nathan Aké would make a good substitute for Jan. Established himself for Holland and is a left-footed player. Playing well for Bournemouth and obviously knows the league well.

I think he's a fantastic young defender and would love him at Spurs. I also really like the look of David Brooks who looks a precocious talent. We have quite an auspicious history buying young Welshmen from South coast teams so hears hoping .

Following up on what I mentioned before regarding selling Toby and replacing him with a back up/rotation option for Jan. We should be keeping close tabs on Espanyol's 22 year old Mario Hermanos. He comes from RMs youth set up and has been excellent so far this season. Espanyol have been very good this season, they are currently 5th. The kid is left footed and very quick. He’s also scored twice this season, although that doesn’t really matter. I think him and Ake would be very good options, I would imagine Mario wouldn’t be too expensive although I’m sure he will get picked up by the big boys end of season as per usual. Certainly one to keep an eye on.
