We rode our luck there. Big improvements required before we face Chelsea and the Gooners or it’s going to be painful viewing.

I feel bad for Foyth, but I'm furious with both full backs. Two dismal displays where everyone who ran at them got past, and Trippier fucking about leads to Foyth conceding a penalty when we've just established control with the third goal. That takes away any and all goodwill he built up with his assist.

And as we have no leaders on the pitch we fell absolutely to pieces as Wolves smelled blood. We had no midfield, Winks was bypassed and for all Sissoko's hard work I've just tonight realised that he also doesn't know how to tackle. He harries, he intercepts, but he doesn't tackle. No midfield and no functioning full backs means it was a minor miracle we held on.

Trippier needs to go. The midfielders can create the goals. The full backs need to be able to fucking defend.

We need to sell him. He’s not suddenly going to become a good defender. Ben Davies seems to have gone completely down the pan as well.

Really think it’s time for a change now.

Typical of Poch not to take Foyth off and also the correct move. He’d want the player to play through the experience. Will serve him in good stead going forward.

Luxury player. Certainly not one you want to put on to shore up a CM. Poor sub by Poch.
It's not like he had many options with three of our five CMs injured and the other two already on the pitch.

I am not laying any blame whatsoever on Juan Foyth for that, the person to blame is Keiran Trippier.

The “support” he offered a young player making his PL debut was absolutely disgraceful.

Trippier has had a terrible season thus far and I hope that Aurier rightfully takes his spot.

Trippier would be a decent right midfielder for his delivery (albeit slow) or a FB in a 5.
Very poor defender.
