Goodbye Tainio, King, Gardner and BAE
You confuse me - So because Ramos likes a strict regime, you name four players - Teemu, who plays like a warrior, never stops running and can only benefit from any increase to his stamina it might bring. King who has spent half his life layed up on the physio's bench, the other half attracting praise and admirable glances from all sides in both the Premiership and Europe. Gardner, whilst not the most gifted defender on the squad, was once representing his country in junior games, being a really naturally fast sprinter and forced to choose between football or athletics, and BAE who tends to run his fair share, just gets caught out too far forward and tends not to see getting back as a priority.

Please explain to me why these four names came to you, i'm intrigued...

This is truly the one thing that has made me excited about this guy. We need a complete and utter douche bag for this lot of players.

They were used to Hughtons arm around the shoulder approach. And Jol's lack of communication if you were not in the starting 11.

I have a feeling our players will not be able to coast under Ramos.

Right now they're about as fragile as Samuel L Jackson's character in 'Unbreakable'. With a more intensive training program and a very suspect medical staff, it seems to me like their injury problems will persist and we'll see very little from them to make a positive difference

Ledley's the best player in the world. If Ramos is any good, he'll know the best way of keeping Ledley injury-free.

i have this feeling that ramos will turn Hudd into a midfield beast for us, dominating games. he has it in him.

Robbo will have two pieces of cotton with knots in for knees hanging down from his shorts.

Fragile?? Teemu suffers injuries because he gives 110% every game - most often his injuries appear to be picked up during a game, but he'll play to the end and receive his treatment after, not piddly, annoying, persistant injuries like hamstrings or ligaments - 90% of Teemu's knocks have been from impacts or just general flesh wounds, both of which he appears to shake off until he has five minutes to get it seen to.

Ledley has had immeasurable bad luck and has suffered two of the most dreaded injuries for pro-footballers - he bounced back once, he'll do it again. If anyone is to be questioned as to Ledley's continued injuries it should be our medical staff for either not doing their jobs or giving bad advice to the lad.

Gardner isn't fragile!! He's our only constantly fit defender since last year, maybe having a break or two to work off a strain, but other than that he's played in the reserves and not even whined when left off the bench.

BAE was, again, unlucky - he picked up an injury you or i could get stepping off of a kerb and, for once, our physio's appear to want him off his feet until he is actually properly healed, not rushed back to fill gaps like we've been guilty of in the past.

I really don't get what you meant with these four in particular - maybe if you'd said Huddlestone and Chimbo, at a push Berbatov, were guilty of not being the most energetic of runners, but counter that with different skills then that's a fair enough argument, but if runnings what we need to get our teams stamina levels up so we stop conceding them last minute goals, then runnings what we do and i doubt any of them three would complain either, if it got results

One can only look to Newcastle for injury issues that were either caused by improper training or medical care, considering the frequency injuries occur. I suspect Fat Sam will rectify such problems. Hopefully that's not the case with us now.

"Ramos and Monchi have consciously sought out players with both mental and physical speed, while the entire side have been given a boost by the efforts of Endocrinologist Dr Antonio Escribano. His methods have prompted the squad to lose unwanted weight..."

I don't know what an Endocrinologist is or what methods he might use, but I'm pretty certain he'll be using them on Robbo.

Have you all heard the story from a couple of years back? They were winning 2-0, but he thought they'd stopped trying so hard... so he took off a player and made them play with 10 men!

Fucking legend!

That's very funny. Is it true?
