I'd welcome it, thats a good start to installing the correct mentality in our players. let them know that they all need to be at the very top of their game or they arent going to cut it.

Well said. There are no excuses why these players aren't fit enough to run around for 90 minutes when they train most days.

I can see some players relishing this - a lot of men have a competitve nature so a sort of 'you won't beat me' attitude.

I can't see Berba liking this though!!
