Belgium & Germany will not do as well as expected' Germany QF, Belgium 2nd round

Well i've backed Uruguay and Colombia so they are my dark horses for the tournament.

As for sides under performing, you can't look further than Holland IMO although i'm not big on Italy either.

As lots have said - Chile, Columbia and especially Switzerland.

Bosnia could surprise a few as well. There are so many exciting players in every group at this World Cup, I can't wait!

Mexico too.

They are my faves so far. I'm not getting the chile love. I have a good friend Santiago but even he admits they lack creativity going forward.

Like the way chile go about it but they have a real problem at the back - height. Any foul in the attacking third and the oppposition is going to loft into their box, you can't expect midgets to defend against that for a whole game. Chile need to score 3 per game to balance that ledger.

I think when France have had their full team out they have been brilliant, well worked goals and exciting to watch. Benzema is on fire at the minute.
