Is the foul count up does anybody know?
The use of the deliberate trip from behind
and standing on an opponent's foot
seem to be rife.
Far too often to be accidental
The so called 'professional' or 'strategic' foul
tripping when left by an opponent
should be an automatic red.

Woke up early today. Looking forward to the England game. Reading the papers and Sterling looks like he's getting another chance. A tad bit disappointed if true. no news on Alli's fitness

Me too but Rashford didn’t really offer a great deal when he came on and really missed a good opportunity to nail a starting place.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with Sterling as he looked really impressive in a City shirt.

Likewise Lingard was extremely wasteful in the last game.

If those 2 could show some of their club form I think we’ve got a chance of going far.

I’m going to spoiler it because embedding instagram seems to mess up the page on mobile

Great vid on Harry Kane that Nike have put out on Instagram

Have gone for Panama to be given 4 yellows, Kane to score any time and 8 or more corners to be given to England

35/1 Stuck £3 on it

If it's true it surprises me, but, as I said earlier in the thread (well, this one or one like it) if he and one or two of the others start taking the chances created we'll suddenly start to look a VERY good side. I know all players have 'streaks' but in his case his barren runs tend to be very unproductive, he's either very hot or very cold, even if there were a middle ground it'd help.

The way referees are avoiding the cards means that part of the bet is the most unlikely but the odds reflect that I guess. Worth a small tickle :D

I've changed my mind slightly and I would start Sterling in this game. It's a great chance to find the back of.the net and get his confidence up. If he misfires this game then he only has himself.to blame, but it's an opportunity for him to show his true game. Which, if kicks on works for the team going forward. Rashford to replace later in the game.

Dunno Panama picked up 5 yellow against Belgium so we'll see, they are really cynical depends if the ref is on it today I guess.

If you bet a tenner on the game (Skybet) you get a £5 free bet so I'm on these already, £6 each on Kane and £3 on Maguire

Kane to score a header 13/2
Kane to score from outside the box 13/2
Maguire to score a header 14/1

I'm waiting to see the starting line-up before putting anything else on but these are what I'm tempted by, if Sterling starts I'll sling the free fiver on him.

Rashford to score from outside the area 14/1
Sterling to score from outside the area 20/1
Lingard to score from outside the area 9/1

I've also had a few quid on England, Senegal and Colombia all to win at 11/2

Hopefully get a half decent ref. Have a feeling they will be going in hard on Kane.

Egyptian ref, Moroccan and Sudanese assistants. No word on who is doing VAR.

Could go either way but I expect they'll be very lenient.
