I’m not criticising (apart from that goal we conceded). I’m pointing out that it’s an average performance and we shouldn’t be lulled into thinking otherwise.

I agree with you, but I don't care because it is so nice not to feel utterly dejected after 2 games.

England good going forward. Soft as baby shit at the back

Get done against a good team in the knockout round. Southgate needs to take a close look at young and Maguire, and how well Henderson fills in gaps

Great now we're tied with Belgium for goals scored, goal difference and points. Should have gone for another.

It is good. All the build up before we even kicked of against tunisia was about failures and missed penalties. Even bilic was slagging off our media as to why we would just show all that negative crap before we get going.

I’m going to be honest here, I’m a pretty bang average Sunday League player but I’m quite confident I’m slightly better than Jordan Henderson.

Fair enough. I’m not sure many are genuinely getting carried away. We’ve played nobody so far, but at least we should be full of confidence for the harder tests ahead.

I thought England were pretty boring to be honest. Scored 6 but mostly due to a terrible team not knowing how to defend set pieces which won't happen against a better team. Kane scores an incredibly lucky deflection and Lingard sent one top bins. In open play England didn't really trouble the defence imo, only got behind the line a couple of times at most, and one of those was the first pen. The defence looks suspect too.

Belgium are not great at the back despite having jan and alder. Dont rate witsel. They were carved up by tunisia. We will beat them 3-1

Liverpool fans don't know whether to laugh or cry and I love it. England doing well is good and all but playing the victim just feels too amazing to let go.

I guarantee they won't even celebrate if kane lifted the cup and would moan that he robbed hendo of the chance to lift it.
