Has Cavani officially been ruled out? I think a lot will depend on whether he's fit to play or not. A 75% fit Cavani will still have the work-rate of whoever his 100% fit replacement will be. Some of the link-up play between Cavani and Suarez has been brilliant so far this WC.

Hope he starts, will make for a far better game.

Damn shame if he isn't fit. Will be interesting game anyway with the Uruguay defence and all the attacking talent of France. Hoping Uruguay do it but have a feeling the French will scrape through.

Cavani did train yesterday, but not with the rest of the team. I still think he'll feature but he might not start.

They have decent alternatives. If he's not fully fit they'd be daft to risk him in a game that could very easily go 120 minutes.

Well, he lives in Brazil so I imagine that's his Portuguese is pretty good.
Yeah I have no doubt. But the first time I heard him say it I genuinely didn't know what/who he was on about.
