For me, if England are to win the whole thing Sterling is key.

His pace and movement is fantastic, if he could just up his game a level once he hits the box and all of a sudden we've a very strong attack.

Trippier and Maguire have added such an exciting dimension and pickford's confidence is sky high.

We know what kane and Dele can do, but if Sterling can up it we could win it.

I think he could potentially be the key, or has the ability to be so but I'm just not sure I can see him upping his game enough. His movement may be good but it's not even his finishing that's the only problem, he's generally been pretty poor when in possession of the ball. I really don't trust him to make the right decision or play the right ball when in a good position. As lethal as he could potentially be, I feel we have a few players who could make more of that advanced position.
