How on earth was that just three minutes. 538 were right: first half stoppage time is even more arbitrary than second half stoppage time.

How is that not a yellow?

Croatia been getting decisions ever since Rebic should’ve been sent off in the group stages, they can have no complaints about a correct VAR decision

Is Kante playing? Haven’t seen nor heard him mentioned once.

As for the pen, nailed on IMO. Perisic knew what he was doing.

About a foot from the man that flicks it on.

And that's handball?

The rules have to change it's either deliberate or not handball fuck this unnatural position bullshit.

Either that or make it so If it hits the hand it's handball irrespective.

I'm not sure I even buy his hands being in an unnatural position for that incident. His hands went up in the air as he jumped up, they came down as he came back towards the ground.

There you go, even ex pro and striker Shearer said it was a ridiculous decision. VAR sucks.

I’m not a fan of VAR so I’m glad it’s been controversial in the final and will make people try and make it better as it’s not going to go away now.

Just perfectly sums up France so far. Solid outfit but despite the talent doing absolutely nothing for large spells of the game, still somehow find themselves in front.
