I wish TV channels would be more considerate with their selections, these two commentators are dreadful.
With technology today we should be able to have the option to mute the commentary but still have the stadium noise on

All the Germans that wanted Ozil out of the sqaud are being proven right. He's been utterly useless.

I'm watching on iplayer so I can't switch to the radio comms and the radio tends to reduce the crowd noise too.

Seems to me that Germany's midfield set up is complacent. Khedira is getting too far forward and leaving acres of space for Mexico between the lines. He's too sluggish and not intense enough to either track back, or close down the Mexican players when he is in position.

Good half of football. Mexico haven’t outplayed Germany, but they have tactically outsmarted them.

Low needs to smarten up, his adherence to a gung ho 4231, with two plodders in Cm and am’s that aren’t being dilligent cost them in the euros and is costing them here.

I’d have Muller or Werner and Draxler or Ozil off, get Goretzka and Reus on, go 433.

This game is set up perfectly. Mexico look very good on the counter, can see them having a couple of good chances in the second if Germany are forced forward.

I wish the commentators would stop banging on about Sane

They look at him through the prism of the Premier League so think he should have been selected simply because he had a good season at Man City while ignoring the fact that Low thinks Sane hasn't performed in international matches.

Forget Sane. Low already made that mistake. Why are Draxler and Ozil both on the pitch instead of Reus? That's idiotic. If Reus is healthy you play him.

They've gotten to the last 4 of every Euros and World Cup since 2002 with the exception of Euro 2004. They're a machine in these tournaments. I can't see past them either.

On the basis of that first half I need to stop making predictions. Did the same with Costa the other night too.
