In the friendlies I defended Sterling but he was so frustrating yesterday.

Overall though I thought we played really well against 12 men. How on earth did we not get at least 1 of 3 stonewall penalties? Good performance though, and buzzing for Harry, who just kept plugging away even though at times he must have thought he'd got on the wrong plane and was at the Rugby World Cup.

HK the obvious MotM, but Trippier was brilliant down the right too. I just wish Keown would call him by his name in English rather than in French. It is Trippier, not Trippiay you blithering idiot.
Trippedee doo dah, Trippedeeay.

To be honest there aren't many candidates! Controversially i would have taken Shelvey but we do lack CMs.

I'd have Shelvey in the squad over Wellbeck every time. He's something a bit different to what we have without Winks in the squad. Only possible issue would be his temperament but he seems to have matured at least a little under Rafa.

Martinez is such a muppet. DeBruyne in a CM2, taking people like Dembele and Fellani instead of Naingolan. Playing 3cb’s against Panama. Carrasco at LWB.

He could have had a great 433, Vert/TA as the CB’s, Witsel, NG and KDB in midfield, and Hazard, Mertens and Lukaku up top.

Wait, that's a myth, I thought they was legit?

Would have been Interesting yo know if the goal stood if he hadn't passed the ball forward from kick off.

Yes it's a myth. All players must be in their own half of the field (except the person taking the kickoff) and the referee must blow the whistle. Also, the kickoff can go any direction.
